After little serching I pressume it is a Broadcom Wifi and blutothcard card (BCM43142A0) I tried to install drivers to win8,1 and that started the blutoth but not the Wlan.(wrong system error) i checked what you writed and it dident help.(yes they were on atomatic start) and no it dident help to uninstall them in device maneger). Drivers for this are only officially available with the Vostro 3460 as provided by Dell. However, based on the instructions and the Dell deb from the Vostro 3560 provided in this forum thread, I have created a modified DEB file that compiles and installs the driver on 12.04 (see thread for 11.10 link).
